There have been months where Hulu has barely shed anything at all, but April takes the cake. Only nine movies are leaving Hulu across the entire month of April. And if you’re a subscriber, that’s great news. Ideally, streamers should hang on to their content as long as possible, especially one like Hulu that has access to all of 20th Century Fox’s films.
We can’t honestly say that many of Hulu’s April departures will even be noticed by casual viewers. But if we have to pick one departing Hulu movie to recommend for April, it’s Resurrection, a 2022 low-budget thriller starring Iron Man 3‘s Rebecca Hall.
To help you make your viewing plans for the month, we’re sharing our guide to everything leaving Hulu in April even though it’s a very short list. Our picks for the month are in bold.
Be sure to check out our guides for the best shows and movies on Hulu. If you don’t subscribe to Hulu, then read up on the best new shows to stream, the best new movies to stream, the best shows on Netflix, and the best shows on Amazon Prime Video.
This is also a great time to consider the Disney Bundle, which gets you Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ for just $17 per month. That’s basically like getting all three services, but only paying for two of them, and it’s pretty tough to beat. It’s also a great way to make sure you don’t miss anything on any of these services.
